Teacher & Storyteller for Pre-school Learning Pods – Winter Session 2021

I am a teacher/storyteller who has worked in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach & Los Angeles for the past 16 years @ Manhattan Beach Pre-school, American Martyrs Pre-School, Circle of Love, PAGES Bookstore Story time and many of our local Los Angeles Libraries, including MB library and Hermosa Library.

Locally known as Ms. Bits N’ Bobs, I am putting together “learning pods” for small groups of pre-schoolers for the Winter session in your backyard.

One hour classes! Outdoors! Story time with Arts N’ Crafts! Discussion/hang-out time for moms/dads.

We are very COVID careful – take temperatures on arrival, hand sanitize and follow all county recommendations regarding masks and distancing etc…

Strong focus on development and imagination, friendship, sharing and socializing in this unique time. Offering classes for 2-3 year olds and 4-5 year olds. Classes will be offered two times per week. Either Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs

All classes will be offered as a Mommy/Daddy/Nanny and Me. If you can find a parent who will co-share with you, (ie: one parent takes both kids Tuesday, the other parent takes the two kids on Thursday) that also works.

If you already have a small pod of pre-schoolers and you have a particular time slot in mind, please send me the # of children and a time-slot. Or if you are looking for a group, please email me your name, your child’s first name and their age-group. nicole@landofimagination.com.

I am putting the classes together now. The plan is to start after the New Year.

If COVID 19 raises its ugly head even more and the county shuts down or there is inclement weather, we will move to online Zoom Classes for those sessions.

My hope is to help out pre-schoolers and their parents during this challenging time. I want to do so safely and at the same time allow these young kids the opportunity to socially develop and safely mix within small groups of their own age. Thank you.
