1 Sheet Paper Towel

2 cotton balls

1 Elastic Hair Band

4 ribbons on your choice

1 marker

Wrap your cotton balls in your paper towel.

Prepare your elastic hair band.

Cut your 4 bits of ribbon about the same size length.
